5) Delivery Attempts & Address Responsibility
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct. Some couriers may deliver without a signature and may leave the parcel in a location they deem safe.
- We are not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
- If a parcel is returned due to failed delivery attempts or no recipient available to receive/sign, a logistics fee of 10% of the item amount may be charged to cover return shipping and handling.
